Happy New Year!

With the new year right around the corner, it is the time when we tend to think about all the changes we want to make in our lives. If you’re like most people, you may start out with a laundry list of resolutions, determined to totally remake your life into the ideal, yet often most of those will fall by the wayside before the end of January.

Instead of many resolutions, try narrowing it down to 2 or 3 that you really want to work on. Whether you have a habit you would like to replace with a better one, an attitude you want to adjust, or whatever it is you choose to focus on, take your time and let yourself get comfortable with the change. Focus on the most important resolution, then add others as you go along.

Don’t expect everything to go perfectly as you implement your resolutions; there will be times when you will fall back into an old habit, or make some other ‘mistake’, yet don’t let that deter you from moving forward and trying again. If you persist in doing the best you can, despite occasional setbacks, you will be pleasantly surprised at the progress you can make in a relatively short amount of time.

Wishing you all a happy, healthy, and blessed 2020!

Yesterday was to learn, and tomorrow will be the consequence of what I do today.
