Health is Wealth

Our health is of the utmost importance – it’s everything, and when we get sick, we need to rest and take the time to heal. Healing is a natural process, we don’t need to tell our bodies how to heal, but we can assist that healing process by doing all that we can to live as healthy as possible.

In addition to looking after our physical needs by eating healthy, nutritious food, exercising in moderation, and eliminating that which does not promote health, we can also make sure to pay attention to our spiritual, emotional, and mental states, and remove ourselves from situations and relationships that are toxic.

We can begin by understanding that we are energetic beings, and many things affect our energy. If we persist with positive thoughts and expectations of wholeness, and consistently give thanks for the healing energy that is part of the pattern of wholeness that we all have access to, it goes a long way towards boosting our overall health. This is not to say that we will not get sick if we do these things, but it will help to facilitate that healing energy.

Using methods including (but not limited to) tapping (EFT), reiki, prayer, and meditation are all excellent ways to connect with the innate ability to promote health and wellbeing. In order to live our best life, we owe it to ourselves to remain focused on good health and wellness.
