An Attitude of Gratitude

Try a little experiment: take a deep breath and slowly exhale. Quiet your mind as much as you can and focus on being in the moment – right here, right now. Think of all the things you are grateful for. Do this as often as possible.

Having an attitude of gratitude is extremely important, because gratitude is a powerful, remarkable force that can enhance your life. By focusing on what you are thankful for, you will bring about more positive energy into your life, and you will find you have even more to be grateful for. It’s a beautiful cycle.

Attitudes are contagious: are yours worth catching?
