I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Valerie (aka Vee) the creator of Mindseeds Coaching—a gentle space for inner renewal, clarity, and conscious growth. This is a place for women who feel ready for change, even if they can’t quite name what that change looks like yet. If you’ve been feeling mentally cluttered, emotionally heavy, or quietly aware that there is “more” available to you, you’re not alone. Here, we explore the inner patterns that shape our lives and begin tending new thoughts, beliefs, and perspectives (I call these Mindseeds)—to help you grow with intention and create meaningful shifts in your everyday life.
